webMAN MOD has seen an update to support firmware v4.80

NEW -- webMAN MOD 1.43.28

Added support for CFW 4.80 CEX/DEX
VSH Menu (the refresh XML now let select the extended content profile)
prepNTFS (now can detect 4.80)
ps3netsvr (prevent a crash of the tool when XML is refreshed)
Addressed an issue with the XML files in the updater.
