Legendary NES game comes to Wii U Virtual Console a week from today; pricing details not announced.
Nintendo's classic NES game Duck Hunt will be released for Wii U
through the Virtual Console on Christmas Day, December 25, Nintendo
announced Thursday. Using a Wii Remote instead of the iconic NES Zapper,
you'll be able to shoot birds--or clay pigeons--out of the sky to your
heart's content.
Pricing for Duck Hunt on Wii U was not announced, though we don't anticipate it will cost more than $10.
Duck Hunt for Wii U is a direct port of the legendary 1980s game, so
don't expect anything new. Not that the game needs anything new, really.
There's two-player support, a variety of increasingly challenging
levels, and a laughing dog to keep your busy for hours.
