This is the first Call of Duty to feature Arabic support.
Activision today announced Arabic subtitle support for Call of Duty:
Advanced Warfare, making it the first Call of Duty game in the
franchise’s history to feature so. The localization will be handled in
partnership with local distributor Red Entertainment.
“We are delighted to work with Activision and Sledgehammer Games to
bring to gamers in the MENA region a localized version of Call of Duty.
Arab gamers are some of the most discerning and enthusiastic gamers in
the world and we are pleased and proud to launch the next version of
this iconic franchise in the Arabic language.” said Michael Wombwell,
CEO, Red Entertainment Distribution.
Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is all set to release on November 4 for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and old-gen consoles. At Gamescom, developer Sledgehammer Games gave us a sneak peak at some of the maps and multiplayer modes featured in the game, demonstrating the new Exo Suit abilities such jet-pack maneuvers and mid-air slides.
