Release Dates Announced for Puss in Boots 2, Madagascar 4, The Croods 2 and More

Boss Baby, Captain Underpants and Mumbai Musical also among the lineup.

Leading up to the release of How to Train Your Dragon 2 this Friday, DreamWorks Animation has announced new release dates all the way through 2018. (However, keep in mind this is not a comprehensive list.)

According to ComingSoon.net, the studio has set a March 18, 2016 release for the Tom McGrath-directed Boss Baby, and a January 13, 2017 release for Captain Underpants. Two months later, on March 10, 2017, DreamWorks will debut Kevin Lima's Mumbai Musical.

On the sequel front, November 3, 2017 will see the release of The Croods 2, with Madagascar 4 bowing on May 18, 2018. Sandwiched between those two will be the animated comedy musical set in the Australian outback, Larrikins, which hits theaters on February 16, 2018.

Finally, on November 2, 2018, Puss in Boots will make his glorious return in Puss in Boots 2: Nine Lives & 40 Thieves.
