"We have not forgotten other important OS systems and we hope to
announce additional support for those in the near future," said Townley.
For all indications, it would appear Gamevice could eventually make its
way to the burgeoning lineup of Apple-certified iOS game controllers. The company gave no indication of price or a release date.
The Gamevice controller design features a collapsable build for
portability, dual analog sticks, four shoulder buttons, a d-pad, and
four analog face buttons. An over-the-air update was also released for
Wikipad today, adding button mapping, Android 4.2, and a selection of
pre-loaded mobile games including Dead Trigger 2.
